I guess a little more about me, is in order.  So here goes!

I’ve been a butcher for  almost 30 years, I have worked field to fork.  I have been very fortunate to work with and learn from among the best in the industry in Southern Ontario.

I’m a happy father of one awesome 12 year old daughter and two boys, 3 years and 3 months and have a pretty awesome wife that puts up with me!

We reside in Hamilton Ontario, My daughter juggles between here and Niagara Falls.

Larry The Butcher started as a project to share my knowledge of meat and butchery and cooking, and my passion to share my knowledge with anyone that wants to know.  The YouTube channel is evolving into more than a cooking channel and I hope you will join me on an educational adventure of food and drink and life and love!
